Weather conditions were pretty good for football today. The following players had been chosen: Nilsson - Həsənov, Block, Tomášek, Chéron, Diemand - Goubert, Comby, Jagustin - Pilat, Solimene.

Lineup: Coenegracht - Kervinen, Müderris - Ojaniemi, Witcher, Kiszi, Zima, Randall - Amorim, Miranda, Godoy.

3 weisse tauben started the game in a 5-3-2 formation, whereas Mengo/Várzea Medicine 3012 lined up in a 2-5-3 formation. For their match strategy, weisse had decided to use their formidable ability to counter-attack whenever possible. Mengo/Várzea displayed their mythical ability to play creatively. Micah Randall had a good opportunity to give Mengo/Várzea the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save. The referee showed weisse's Jérémy Chéron the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. After 18 minutes, Mengo/Várzea's Sämi Zima made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. After 29 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave Otoniel Amorim a chance to increase the lead for Mengo/Várzea, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2. Micah Randall came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over Tommy Nilsson but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. 31 minutes into the game, weisse seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to passable. The home crowd was not impressed when László Kiszi came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 40 minutes. Mengo/Várzea were now up 0 - 3. It was 0 - 3 at the break. Mengo/Várzea enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 78 percent of possession.

Despite his frustration resulting in the smashing of a few teacups, the coach of weisse was able to get his message across, and raised weisse's organisation to solid. The visitors' José Luiz Miranda took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 47 minutes into the match. 0 - 4 for Mengo/Várzea. 49 minutes in, weisse's Florin Pilat received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. It was showtime for artist Micah Randall who showed off his technical mastery when he rounded Valentin Comby and finished with a goal to make the score 0 - 5. After 71 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed Otoniel Amorim to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 6. 78 minutes into the game a free kick by Camilo Godoy found its way through the home side's poorly assembled defensive formation, making Mengo/Várzea's lead 0 - 7. After 83 minutes, Camilo Godoy sent the corner kick right to Sämi Zima who headed it sharply past the keeper. 0 - 8! After 84 minutes, Mengo/Várzea's László Kiszi burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 9. 85 minutes into the game, weisse seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a passable level of organisation. The referee announced 2 minutes of stoppage time, giving fans a slim hope that their team could get one more attack in before this was all over. The match ends 0 - 9. Possession in this half belonged to Mengo/Várzea, who controlled the ball 79 percent of the time.

weisse's best player was Florin Pilat. Ferdy Block was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Mengo/Várzea player was without a doubt Derrick Witcher. On the other hand, Micah Randall's play was disheartening.
