FIVIZZANO 1 - 2 Team

A brilliantly sunny day had enticed a crowd of 15081 to Sbornia Arena. was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Carl Schwanssfeld and . They fielded: Jellen - Gallozzi, Ellersdorffer, Villella - Życzyński, Pompili, Váradi, Allorini - Cannegieter, Vela.

The following players took the field: Botta - Pavone, Antoldi, Bergadà - Riolfatti, Barriga, Galdi, Leonhardsen, Coquel - Olsen, Mazzuoli.

F.C. FIVIZZANO fielded a 3-4-2 lineup. For One Eye Team, the formation of choice was 3-5-2. Counter-attacking seemed to be the preferred strategy of Team, taking advantage of their solid level with that tactic. 8 minutes into the game, FIVIZZANO had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to passable. Several players seemed a little dazed by the warm weather, and were repeatedly tricked by the clever and agile Silverio Pavone. 15 minutes in, FIVIZZANO appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only weak. FIVIZZANO took the lead 20 minutes into the match after a magnificent free kick by José Alberto Vela that made the score 1 - 0. Alexander Botta went down in terrible pain, clutching his right ankle. He could not continue playing and had to be carried off on a stretcher after 32 minutes. This gave Casimiro Franceschilli a chance to take to the field instead. After 38 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as FIVIZZANO found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to weak. The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0. FIVIZZANO claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 62 percent.

The coach gave his players an extra tactical briefing during the break, and after that FIVIZZANO had passable organisation. Dimitri Coquel showed why he is feared on the counterattack, breaking through in the middle and scoring for Team after 51 minutes to make the score 1 - 1. Team took the lead 52 minutes into the game, making the score 1 - 2 after some elegant movement down the middle. Umberto Mazzuoli was the scorer. 57 minutes in, Team's Silverio Pavone received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Despite hurting his left foot at the 62 minute mark, Gigi Antoldi decided to keep playing. The Team players could smell victory in the air. Umberto Mazzuoli wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for Maximilian Gleichheit after 70 minutes. 73 into the match, FIVIZZANO's Matthis Jellen fell flat on his chest. After a breather, he was ready to continue. 78 minutes into the game, FIVIZZANO seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Team coach let Wolfram Gahleitner replace Gigi Antoldi after 80 minutes. Silverio Pavone was handed the Team captain's armband. The referee announced 2 minutes of stoppage time, giving fans a slim hope that their team could get one more attack in before this was all over. The match ends 1 - 2. FIVIZZANO enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 65 percent of possession.

The most dominating FIVIZZANO player was without a doubt Alessio Pompili. Antonio Villella on the other hand, had a terrible day. Team's top performer was clearly Jan Olsen. On the other hand, Alberto Barriga's play was disheartening.
